Patients are educated on all products that are dispensed. A list of written and verbal instructions is provided to each customer. As a result, patients feel comfortable and confident using the new equipment. Equipment issues are diagnosed by our technicians and repairs are completed when necessary. Items under warranty or products that are determined to be defective will also be repaired or replaced. A technician is prepared to repair and replace any parts necessary. Loaners are provided for patients that need extensive service done to their equipment.
Our billing department is here for you! We work with a variety of insurance companies for your convenience. Our billing department is prepared to bill both your primary and secondary payer sources.
